Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Servicing

Commercial air travel depends critically on airplanes being airworthy whenever they are required for revenue service. The cost of AOG incidents cost the airlines billions of dollars every year in fees, penalties, and lost revenues, not to mention loss of reputation and goodwill. Getting aircraft turned around quickly, especially, if they are stuck in remote locations is an absolute necessity.

We are developing the consensus rules that will ensure that necessary parts data along with location and airworthiness information will be available in a consistent manner.
